As a project manager and builder, I have delivered 6 restaurants designed by Stephanie and 2 office fitouts designed by The Good Design Co.

Their plans are always clear, easy to read and contain all of the essential details needed to arrive at a high level finish.

From initial site visits, concept delivery, construction sets and progress consultations through to finishing details, TGDc have delivered consistently and effectively. 

As a project manager, I found the plans perfect for quantity takeoffs and sending to subcontractors for tendering. As a builder I found the construction set drawings clear, accurate and detailed allowing for fast progress on site.
