Having already worked on one of the Consult recruitment offices in Newmarket, the owners approached us to help them with their central Britomart office. Their offices are located in Quay Street, downtown Auckland.

They wanted a fun office that had lots of different areas to work in. The employees move around a lot during the day so there had to be many different places to sit other than their desks and also have a few privacy space for confidential phone calls. Large items like the reception desk, entrance wall behind the reception desk and large planters were all designed with castors on them so they can be easily moved to make room for large company presentations and events.

They wanted the office to be fun and not a typical corporate recruitment office. By adding lots of homely items like games, pictures, knick knacks and even nana’s living room complete with retro electric fireplace and “family photos” it is definitely not a conventional office space.
